to everyone involved...this is absolutely amazing!
it is so wonderful for the advertising community and creative
industry to come together and support our fellow creatives in
such a time of need. as a "displaced designer" myself, it was quite
touching to find out about the overwhelming support and relief efforts from my fellow designers around the country.

i have attached a few shots of the metairie area which is just to the west of new orleans.

from myself, my family and the entire new orleans based creative community...THANK YOU!

To help design professionals in New Orleans restore and renew their lives after the hurricane, B-L-A-N-K.com (a group of designers seeking to explore the heart and soul of design) has created some t-shirts for sale at CafePress (http://www.cafepress.com/b_l_a_n_k). All work on the t-shirts is donated pro-bono.

As designers, we'll be looking specifically at ways we can allocate profits from the sale of these t-shirts to non-profit organizations that will re-establish the visual arts in New Orleans communities. It's a small thing, but we hope other designers will join us, submit a design and spread the word.
